The customizable approach calculates nutrition and exercise requirements combined with personal lifestyle recommendations (with the consent of an individual's local physician). The credits are received through participation in such Pacificare-endorsed programs as Heart Disease and Heart Health management and Diabetes and Asthma informational training, as well as for purchasing prescriptions through the Mail Order Pharmacy.
